Ball valves series RKDN

These ball valves are low-cost control valves for heating and air-conditioning systems as an alternative to the classic globe valve. While ball valves used to be purely shut-off or change-over valves, they can now also perform control tasks. An integrated orifice allows control characteristics similar to those of a globe valve and an outstanding control ratio. These ball valves are also at least equal in terms of leakage rates. The RK series valves have a nominal pressure of PN40. Body and stem are made of brass DZR, the ball of brass with chrome-plated and polished surface. The temperature range is -10 … +130 °C. The leakage rate is 0.001% of the Kvs value. The associated actuators are mounted directly on the valves with quick-release fasteners. No installation bracket is required.

Ball valves series VG

These ball valves are low-cost control valves for heating and air-conditioning systems as an alternative to the classic globe valve. While ball valves used to be purely shut-off or changeover valves, they can now also perform control tasks. An integrated orifice allows control characteristics similar to those of a globe valve and an outstanding control ratio. These ball valves are also at least equal in terms of leakage rates. The VG series valves have a nominal pressure of PN40. The body is made of brass, ball and stem are made of stainless steel. The temperature range is -5 … +120 °C. The leakage rate is 0.01% of the Kvs value. A bracket is required for mounting the actuators. This has the advantage that not only the special ball valve actuators but also JOVENTA standard and spring return actuators can be used.

Mixer valves MV

A mixing valve or heating mixer is a low-cost control valve for temperature control in heating and air conditioning circuits. It is used instead of 3-way mixing valves. The mixing valves of the MVDN series have a brass body with female thread connection and a nominal pressure PN10. The temperature range of +2 … +120 °C is typical for heating valves. Special actuators of the MDA series are available for the valves.
