The BACnet MODBus modules were developed for the integration of actuators, sensors and other automation devices into modern building automation. In new buildings or renovations, products of different manufacturers and types (analog or digital) can easily be converted to bus-compatible devices. Even the power supply of the respective field devices is integrated into the modules, thus creating independent units that can be controlled and monitored with one bus line. The BMM1A and BMM1D versions are available especially for actuators.
